Penn Medicine hosted a celebratory breakfast to honor the latest cohort of Leadership Essentials graduates. Over coffee and light fare, participants gathered with mentors and senior leaders, received their certificates, and reflected on the skills and insights gained through the program. Brief remarks from executive leadership underscored how these newly minted leaders are already strengthening collaboration, innovation, and a culture of excellence across the Perelman School of Medicine.
