Steps to Access Kissflow

  1. Navigate to https://upenn.kissflow.com/.

  2. Click on the “Single sign-on” button.

  3. Log in using your Pennkey and password. You may be prompted to enter a DUO authentication code.

  4. Once logged in, look for a request at the top of the page highlighted in yellow asking you to verify your email. Click on “Resend” since the initial verification email may have been suppressed during the setup process.

  5. Check your email for the verification message and click on the verification button provided.

  6. If you do not find the email in your inbox or junk folder, visit https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine to see if it was sent there and release the message if necessary.

  7. Do not set up a password; simply close the password setup window.
