PennChart classes are listed in Knowledge Link (KL). University faculty and staff that require access to KL are considered dual users. A two-step process by which UPHS sponsors request access for Non-Payroll Resources (NPR) is linked here. During the process to request a new PennforPeople profile, the sponsor must also request access to Knowledge Link, which is a new step since March 6, 2023.

PennKey is used to access LMS. Use this resource for UPHS staff. If you are a University of Pennsylvania student or faculty member, please visit the University PennKey Support page
